It is advisable that you should have three meals a day. Breakfast is the morning first-served meal and should contain vitamins and many calories to provide the energy we need for the whole day. At lunch, the meal should be light and you may have a dessert if you like. The end of the working-day should be frugal and not served too late in the evening. It is always polite to say 'bon appetite' at the beginning of our meals and give our appreciation to the one who's prepared the meals as well.
